At Moisify, we strive to provide high-quality jewelry and accessories with every order. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are generally considered final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers
- Minor variations in appearance, color, or packaging
- Normal wear and tear
- Discounted or final sale items
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so our team can review the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting support first may result in evidence being submitted to the payment processor, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, IP address data, and customer communications.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
